A preparation method of Bacillus subtilis biological composite material loaded with Fe₃O₄magnetic nanoparticles with core-shell structure includes the following steps: 1) preparation of Fe₃O₄nanoparticles, 2) preparation of Fe₃O₄@mSiO₂nanoparticles, 3) preparation of Fe₃O₄@mSiO₂@MANHE nanoparticles; and 4) preparation of Bacillus subtilis@Fe₃O₄@mSiO₂@MANHE composite.
