Methods of treatment of CMV retinitis (CMV) in a Human patient in need thereof, which comprises administering to the Human Patient an Allogeneic T Cell Population comprising of CMV specific T cells, in which the patient is infected with human HIV has been a Solid organ transplant recipient.
