摘要

The present invention describes a method that allows to identify parameters that show deviant behavior in the production process and can lead to a quality incident. The method requires that the suspected parameters be tested several times under different conditions during the production process. The method uses a hierarchical cluster analysis in which the correlation of measurements performed under different conditions with respect to the same measurements performed on the rest of the products within the studied population is used as a distance criterion.
