SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WORKING PROCESS IN DESIGNER’S BUREAU

The proposed utility model relates to a system for implementation of the working process in a designer’s bureau. The system is designed for a designer’s bureau with wide-activity profile with one or several territorially remote structural units using subcontractors and developing investment projects of different types of objects (residential buildings, buildings for public use, industrial buildings, networks and facilities for technical infrastructures), of different categories, according to the Spatial Development Act. The utility model provides opportunities for collaborative remote work of users with a different functional profile, with a large volume of different types of unstructured documents with different electronic formats and provides fast scalability and flexibility in collaborative work, depending on workload. The design system for implementation of the working process in a designer’s bureau includes a module (3) for paper documents scanning, a module (5) for managing an unrelative document database, modules for execution of a conceptual design (7), a technical design (8) and a detailed design (9) local file servers (4 and 15) for temporary storage of documents in a local environment, cloud-based application servers (10) and for databases (6), user devices for working with modules of the system: personal computers (2 and 12), tablets (13) and smartphones (14), and devices for scanning (1) and printing (11). The system classifies and processes documents by using an unrelative document database in a cloud environment as it applies document classification by defining metadata, specific to investment design and performs basic operations for storing, retrieving, editing and deleting of documents. 1 claim, 5 figures
