Abstract invention patent: "method and arrangements for electronic shelf labels. The present invention relates to a system and a method in a system which makes it possible for a service provider to provide information services for the product to a mobile terminal in a store.The system comprises means for reading in the mobile terminal configured to read an identity label exclusive label identity in a label of electronic shelf, in which the identity of the exclusive label is different from an ID of the product.The means of transmission in the mobile terminal are configured to convey the identity label exclusive of the mobile terminal to a server ID tag. The means of search on the server ID tag are configured to find, in the server identity label, metadata associated with the identity of the label exclusive.The means of transmission of the server ID tag are configured to transmit the metadata from the server identity label for the mobile terminal. The means of display in the mobile terminal are configured to display the information services for the product with the use of metadata.
