The invention relates to a lignocellulosic-biomass burner, which includes an outer body (1) forming a column internally arranged with a receiving portion (1a) filled with lignocellulosic biomass (3) forming a heating body (1a) and, around the latter and on a portion of the peripheral edge thereof, a chamber (4) for dispensing and circulating a fuel gas (G2), the height of the heating body being less than that of the column so as to define, at the top thereof, a passage (1b) for circulating said fuel gas (G2), the column of the burner being in communication, via the bottom portion thereof, with a heat chamber (6).
