The use of the hydroalcoholic extract obtained from the stem bark of croton cajucara Benth aired in microemulsion as a means of cultivation of ovarian follicles in the present invention it is the effect of bioformulado smecha, which contains the hydroalcoholic extract obtained from the bark of the stem of C. Roton cajucara Benth (CHA) as a means of in vitro cultivation of ovarian follicles goats.Smecha is characterized by understanding: a surfactant of a class of sorbitanos, vegetable oil, distilled water and tea (which aired at low concentrations: 1,0 mg to 20 mg). The methods evaluated love modified (love +) and smecha were grown for 18 days.The cultivation of love modified treatment follicular control (cultivated) was carried out with the individual follicles incubated in 100 u00b5 l drops under mineral oil. In the follicular smecha cultivation using follicles were incubated in drops of 200 u00b5 L in the absence of mineral oil.The parameter assessed in this experiment was the rate of follicular viability using vital dyes (calcein ethidium and homodu00edmero) and the development of follicles by measuring their diameters.There was no statistical difference in follicular viability between the control group not cultivated, grown and control treatment with smecha, as well as follicular development between the groups. It could be concluded that smecha can be used with the same efficiency means love and MEM +, for the cultivation of ovarian follicles goats
