Method for quantifying the volume of mortar to be applied in the facades of buildings through the analysis of the flatness generated by 3D scanning system of leisure.This invention describes a method that includes the use of a 3D laser scanning system in facades of buildings to map the surface flatness of the facade and, in a novel way to quantify the volume of mortar to be consumed.Resulting in a viable method as a solution to identify with precision the critical areas of the facade on the structure of concrete and masonry and peripheral, from volumetry, calculate the financial impact associated with the sobrespessuras mortar in the critical areas compared with the S reductions in thickness after treatment of these areas.
