Method of Determining Blood Flow Through Coronary Arteries, Processor (36) for Determining Blood Flow Through Coronary Arteries, Imaging Device, and Computer Program The present invention relates to a method of determining blood flow through coronary arteries. comprising generating (s1) a data set of at least 3d image of the coronary arteries and myocardial muscle, generating (s2) a data set of at least 3d marker data from myocardial muscle from a double 3d data set energy or spectral data obtained after administration of a marker, said 3D marker data set indicating the amount of said marker contained within voxels of said myocardial muscle, subdividing (s3) the myocardial muscle into myocardial muscle segments, determining (s4) which coronary artery supplies the respective segments of the myocardial muscle, determine (s5) the volume of blood flowing to the respective segments of myocardial muscle from said 3d marker data set and determining (s6) the total volume of blood flowing to a coronary artery of interest by summing the volume of blood flowing to all the myocardial muscle segments supplied by said coronary artery. 1/1
