A system and a method for displaying a panoramic view on a display in an aircraft, a view out of the aircraft. The system includes a window buffer configured to fit in a window of an aircraft. The buffer window includes a camera for capturing video out of the aircraft, and a display positioned on the buffer window.The camera and the display are connected to a processor to display video captured in the display. The system may include a control panel that controls the operation of the camera and the display. A device may be used to control the resources of overview and approximation of the camera.A plurality of cameras can be connected to the processor that can combine the videos captured from a plurality of cameras to display a single panoramic video display in a single or a plurality of displays. The combined video may be a video in 3D.
