It is a process for manufacturing a thermoplastic fiber composite which includes heating a thermoplastic resin to a liquid state, unidirectionally orienting the fibers, impregnating the fibers with the thermoplastic resin in the liquid state to produce composite blades, and operating a process for automated machine lamination to produce a composite laminate comprising a plurality of composite blades.
