Unique ingredients of aromas derived from limonene and process for their synthesis by catalytic oxidation of limonene. The invention described here offers a unique process of synthesis of ingredients of natural flavors derived from limonene also unprecedented in its majority, in high yield, which have the structures I and II (figure I), in which R represents alkyl radical.The proposed process is carried out by oxidation of limonene by benzoquinona, catalyzed by palladium complexes in the alcoholic solvent Roh, in which R represents the alkyl radical which is in the structures I and II.The innovative aspect of the process is the synthesis in high performance derived from limonene structures I and II (Figure 1), in which R represents an alkyl radical, with pleasant organoleptic properties, which may be incorporated into the formulations of fragrances and perfumes sintu00e9 Methods: by giving a pleasant aroma with notes of citrus - flowers.
