A solid pharmaceutical formulation in the form of a gelatine capsule,containing at least one active substance and at least one gelatinous agent selected from cellulose derivatives such as hydroxyethyl cellulose,hydroxypropylcellulose,hydroxypropylmethylcellulose,methylcellulose,ethylmethylcellulose,sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and calcium carboxymethylcellulose and at least one degradation factor,where the gelatinisation factor and the degradation factor are present by weight ratio of 0,3 to 0, 7 to 1 and the content by weight of gelatinous agents or agents is from 10 to 20% in terms of composition,and method of manufacture.
