The present invention relates to a device for laboratory determination of porous material unsaturated hydraulic conductivity, which is adapted for measuring time dependence of porous material (such as soil) change in impedance during saturation thereof with water and which device is characterized in that it consists of at least one pair of electrodes (3), which are situated on the surface or just below the surface (16) of a sample (1) of at least one completion (7) of a measured sample, taken in a sampling tube (2) and put into chambers (4 and 5) for setting moisture potential FIi1 a FIi2, whereby the device is completed with electrical conductors (8), connecting the electrodes (3) with the inputs of a multiplexer (9) and through the mediation thereof with inputs of a measuring bridge (11), wherein the periodic change of a multiplexer (9) channel (10) is generated by a cyclic address generator (14) controlled by a time generator (15), and a data logger (13) monitors impedance of actually connected pair of electrodes of i-th completion (7) of the sample being measured.
