The ribbed tube (1) with longitudinal ribs for increasing the ability of media turbulence consists of multiple longitudinal ribs arranged in regular distances along the outer circumference of the pipe where the ribs (2) are provided with cutting lines perpendicular to the axis of the tube (1) and starting at the free edge of the ribs (2) in whose vicinity there are formed, at least on one side of the cutting line and at least at a part of the height of the rib (2) from the plane of the rib (2), the uncoverable areas (5) forming the tips, where in each case two of the points arising from one cutting line are always tilted to the opposite side from the plane of the rib (2).
