The heat exchanger has a probe tube (47) whose thermal conductivity is increased by formation of the tube outer surface and/or tube inner surface with longitudinal rib, transverse rib or thread ribs, shafts, and/or elbow ribs with same diameter of the probe tube. A material of the probe tube and the injecting material (48) of the heat conducting units (50, 51) are mixed to increase the efficiency. Outer and inner ribs are designed such that the ribs are arranged respectively on lines. An independent claim is also included for a method for grouting a geothermal bore hole.
