The backward motion of the yarn (5) to the guide channel (2) is conducted by means of the reversible movement of the towing device (6) of the yarn (5) of the workplace. The jet spinning machine comprises, at each workplace, the drafting mechanism (1) of the strand (0) of fibres, which is, with its outlet (11), assigned to the inlet (30) of the fibre feeding device (3), which is, with its outlet (31), assigned to the inlet (40) of the fibres into the spinning jet (4). The space between the outlet (11) of the drafting mechanism (1) of the strand (0) of fibres and the inlet (30) of the feeding device (3) of the strand (0) is assigned with the mouth (22) of the guide channel (2), which is, at a distance form its mouth (22), provided with the device (20) for preparing the spinning end of the yarn. The workplace is equipped with means for the reverse unwinding of the yarn (5) against the direction in which the yarn (5) is moved during its formation. The workplace is further provided with means for a controlled backward shift of the formed spinning end of the yarn (5) through the guide channel (2) into the defined position behind the device (20) for preparation of the spinning end of the yarn.
