METHOD OF TAURINE BROMANINE TO ACCLERATE ANTI-PROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY ON HYPER-PROLIFERATING HUMAN AND MAMMALIAN CELLS AS WELL AS TO CAUSE REGRESSION OF PSORIASIS LESIONS

In a method of Taurine Bromanine use as the essential component to inhibit human and mammalian hyper-proliferative cells as well as a method to treat psoriasis lesions in the phenotypes of plaque, erythematic, pustular and guttate psoriasis, in cases of general, localised, palmoplanar, facial scalp genital and nail skin body sites. This method when applied on cells in vitro beneficially provides maximization of TauBr anti-proliferative properties on abnormally differentiating and hyper-proliferating cells of human and mammalian origin by restoring TauBr antiproliferative activity in a solution, whilst leaving unaffected the proliferation of normally dividing human fibroblasts. The Taurine Bromamine use in psoriasis comprises the simultaneous use of Stable Produced olive oil (SPOO) by concurrent mixing to make an emulsion. SPOO is derived from a patented physical refinement of olive oil [GR 1008334(B)] and is mixed with taurine bromamine solutions to produce an active emulsion, and thereafter to derive ointments, creams, lotions, as medicinal preparations to treat psoriasis dermatoses. Beneficially, when SPOO is utilized to IS make an emulsion with Taurine Bromamine aqueous solutions and applied on psoriatic lesions, this shortens to half the time period for psoriasis lesions regression and minimizes side effects on dermal tissue as compared to the Taurine Bromamine aqueous solution application on psoriatic lesions.
