The subject of the invention is medicine box with integrated tampering detecting, the design of which box allows the indication of an earlier opening of the medicine box as a result of tearing the tampering indicating lug at the time of the first opening of the box, and at the same time, it also allows to close the box again in the usual manner. The medicine box according to the invention is cut out of base plate made of paper or cardboard, and produced from the base plate by folding along the folding edges and attached at the adhering surface. It is characterised by that, a connecting plate (10) is attached to both ends of the side plate (6), which is formed with the help of folding edges (4) in the base plate (3), and recesses (17) are formed at the opposite sides of the side plates (8,9) which are attached also along folding edges (4) next to the side plate (6), and cover plates (11) and fixing tabs (12) are formed along the folding edges (4) on the opposite sides, while longitudinal openings (13) are formed in parallel between the cover plates (11) and the fixing tabs (12) along the folding edge (4) that separates them, and it has a connecting surface (18) having a size HI x S2 next to the side wall (8), and at both of its ends it has a indicating surface (19) having a size S I x H2, and furthermore, there is a tampering detecting lug (14) with perforation (5) arranged in symmetrical fashion at both ends of the side wall (7) formed next to the side wall (9), which tampering detecting lug (14) is connected to the tearing lug (2) through the folding edge (4), which is provided with fixing tab (15) and spacer tab (16).
