The invention discloses an assembly and method for customizing variomatic transmission vehicle for di-amelia (armless) human beings. The handle bar which is generally used in the moped using hands is alternated into use by the leg by customizing the assembly. Therefore, the brake, acceleration and turning of moped are provided in a way to use by the legs. It is very helpful to handless people to get transported from one place to another. This will create a great revolution in changing the life of physically disabled people (handless people) and creates a mode of transportation for di-amelia human beings without being dependent on others.
