This invention relates to a plate holder to hold tiny plates during surgery comprising a handle integrated to a supporting member, tip of which is provided with pressure sensitive adhesive to hold the tiny plates for application on bone and cranium during surgery. It is associated with the following advantageous features:- - Easy and convenient to use. - No requirement of any special skill for application during surgery. - Accurate placement of tiny plates at target point. - Cost effective. - Easy and less cumbersome procedure of application of plate on bones/ cranium.
