The present invention relates to an insecticidal composition comprising a combination of Diafenthiuron in an amount ranging from 15% to 35% by weight of the composition, Etofenprox in an amount ranging from 5% to 15% by weight of the composition, and at least one agrochemically acceptable excipient for the treatment/control of agricultural insect pests and mites on agricultural crops. The present invention further relates to a process for the preparation of such composition thereof.
