The present invention provides a device for controlllny waler- tap with the help of foot having a plurality of features. The said system has been designed to be employed with existing water dispensing system without replacement of any specific part and can be directly connected to water inlet and outlet. The device, partcularly aims to avnirl hand intervention for the control ofwater tap, thus reducing chances of any secondary mode of germ transfer. The said invention consists ot a specrfic arrangement of slider and spring assembly, which work in sync so as to maintain a specific outflow of water at a constant rate without any constant engagement of the user.
