The present invention relates to an systems and methods for the pendulum operated dual throw hand pump for pumping the water. Conventional hand pumps require significant effort and a healthy person can use the pump continuously only for several minutes, while the invented pendulum pump needs the minimum effort as here the user only needs to swing the pendulum and maintain the oscillation for getting the discharge of the water for the several hours. Thus it is possible to operate the hand pump without any fatigue. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing mechanism of the hand pump with pendulum.
