This invention relates to a reusable single incision laparoscopic port for surgery comprising a tubular member connected to an outer and inner gate at top and bottom respectively, wherein the outer gate is provided with a plurality of holes for passage of surgical instruments for operation and for removal of infected tissue.It is associated with the following advantageous features:--- Reusable as it can be sterilized being metallic. - No need of endo bag, therefore cost effective. - No requirement to perform another incision in cancer patient for retrieval of the specimen. - Requires single incision for conducting operation and removal of the tissue. - Compact - Tissue is retrieval during the operation.
