The present invention discloses a system and method of creating a web scene to be displayed in one of a tab manager and window manager based on predefined criteria. The method comprises analyzing engine data based on the predefined criteria, prioritizing the analyzed engine data based on the predefined criteria, determining one or more rects for the prioritized engine data to create web image animation loop, configuring layout for the prioritized engine data each time according to the one or more determined rects, rendering the prioritized engine data according to the one or more determined rects to create web scene, and displaying the web scene as a preview scene based on the one or more determined rects.
