The present invention relates to a mobile operating system or Mobile Robot (Interactive Voice Activated and Voice enabled) which uses artificial intelligence (AI) for accessing hotel guest services in addition to retrieving city tour and travel related information by using a portable electronic device equipped with each hotel room or installed in the guest mobile device. Particularly, this invention relates to a mobile operating system or Mobile Robot ((Interactive Voice Activated and Voice enabled)) enabling hotel operations into paperless operations as hotel becomes paperless by transacting all information with the guest such a registration, billing, ordering and payments etc in an electronic manner. More particularly this invention relates to a mobile operating system or Mobile Robot (Interactive Voice Activated and Voice enabled) allowing guest to use data, phone calling and remain connected with not just the hotel but also with the external world. Furthermore this invention relates to a mobile operating system or Mobile Robot (Interactive Voice Activated and Voice enabled) for accessing hotel services which include, for example, checking-in and checking out, in-room dining, laundry, housekeeping, spa, pool, making reservation in local restaurant, and controlling room setting for example, room temperature settings, curtain drawing or un drawing, light control.
