The designed assembly attempts towards reducing the air pollution level. This basically deals with the installation of said assembly on divider and streetlight. The said assembly consists of an electrical circuit which generates negative ions using electric power and discharges them in the atmosphere. These negative ions clumps with positive or neutral ions present in toxic hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides in vehicle smoke, dust, bacteria, pollen and other allergens present in surrounding polluted air. The said clumped particles are dense particles that cannot float in the air and fall down to ground surface. This can be further vacuumed up or can be attracted by installing positively charged plates near the surface. Thus the pollution level get reduced. Also, formation of smog can be controlled by reducing the mixing of polluted air in the fog. This can be done by eliminating those pollutants by installing the invented assembly on dividers and streetlights on the road. In this way the invented assembly will decrease level of pollution on the road, decreases amount of dust, bacteria, pollen and other allergens present in atmosphere around, reduce the formation of smog and makes the environment fresh and healthy.
