A new type of portable USB mass storage gadget which is disclosed provides the user with the capability to share data from one USB device to other USB device(s) and processing for use with other appliances such as smart phones and laptops. Various modifications to the embodiment referred to as a USB to USB (UTU) wireless connect Flash Drive are disclosed including a LED/OLED Display Screen, Control buttons with Wi-Fi/Hotspot facility and a Lithium-ion rechargeable cell as a battery option. The device provides wireless connectivity, security, and additional internal electronics and external interfaces that allow processing of the data stored or sent to other computing gadgets without any wired intervention.
