The Invention of Paper and Paper Boards can be used for FOOD PACKAGING which is POLY FREE, 100% Recyclable and Repulpable, Environment friendly, coated with Water, Oil and Grease resistance/repellent and Heat Sealable coatings on one side or both the side. The invention of this coating enhances the property of paper / Paper Board and gives barrier property to avoid penetration of Oil/Grease and water used in food stuff. It ensures leak proof barrier in Hot and Cold beverage packing, avoids contamination as well. The coat weight would be from 0.5 GSM to 8.0 GSM maximum. The invention also relates to a Method and Procedure for making this Coated Paper and Paper Board for Food Packaging.
