The Fabrication of 12% fly ash powder reinforced aluminium alloy composites for piston Aluminium alloy composites content is (AA8011 as base matrix and 12% fly ash powder as reinforcement). wear test is carried out on proposed fly ash powder reinforced aluminium alloy composites as in claim 1 using 20 specimen tester. The reinforced aluminium alloy composite material is tested and the results for wear resistance are obtained as sliding wear rate for operating parameter such as sliding velocity .time and load. The dry sliding wear behavior of AA 8011-12 % fly ash is nonlinear.
