The friction stir fiber implanting technique provides a superior strength to the existing work piece or plate. This fiber implanting act as reinforcement in composite material, benefits the material towards enormous strength to the parent material. It is worked out in combination of the light weight metal plates doesnt possess impact strength but where ever we replacing with stronger metal fiber in place of it always have good resisting capability for impact, not alone impact to works effectively in improving overall strength. The application of this is where ever the light weight metal is used as simple as that just to enhance the material strength. This process can act as a preventing technique even can be reinforcement on the external structure to enhance the strength.
