A bio impedance based sleep breathing state signal acquisition device (100) and a monitoring system.The signal acquisition device (100) comprises a signal acquisition unit (101) a processing control unit (102) a data storage unit (103) and a wireless communication unit (104) wherein the signal acquisition unit (101) comprises electrodes (1011 1012) which are in contact with the chest of a human body a chest impedance acquisition module (1013) connected to the electrodes (1011 1012) a heart rate acquisition module (1014) connected to the electrodes (1011 1012) and a snore acquisition module (1015). Therefore a signal acquisition unit (101) independently and synchronously acquires signal data through three channels at the same time acquires chest impedance and heart rate signals based on bio impedance technology and combines a snore audio signal to monitor a sleep breathing state; at the same time the problems that a patient cannot easily fall asleep or is a light sleeper and easily wakes up at night and the like caused by the fact that the body of the patient is connected to a lead wire are avoided by adopting a wireless signal transmission method; and the device has the advantages of simplicity low price convenient to wear applicability for domestic utilization.
