DEVICE FOR INTENSIVE CULTIVATION OF OUTER MUSHROOMS AND METHOD FOR THE USE OF THESE DEVICES (ITS VARIANTS)

The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, and specifically to the field of industrial cultivation of fungi. The device includes a movable platform on a wheel chassis. On the surface of the platform, one or more carousel bars are fixed immovably and vertically. At each carousel bar a sheet metal is attached. On the plate are perpendicular to each other substrate blocks set up with fixing tubes, which are connected to each other vertically separable, namely for the formation of a vertical cultivation column. Each substrate block is assembled from an auxiliary cassette in the interior of which a grid holder and a fixing tube are interposed, between which the substrate is milled with mycelium for free fungal growth on the surface of this grid holder and for free access to mushrooms to be peeled after removal the cassette. After the outgrowth of mycelium, the auxiliary cassettes are removed for the formation of whole breeding columns to the complete mushroom size. The proposed device ensures a substantial increase in the productivity of mushroom cultivation as well as the increase in the yield performance of harvesting mushrooms per unit area of the greenhouses.
