The present invention refers to the synthesis and/or manufacture of lubricant compositions based on animal-origin olein (chicken), which is characterized in that it contains saturated fatty acids (palmitic and stearic) from about 33% to 37% from the total fatty acids present in the fat, a content of oleic acid from 32% to 42% from the total fatty acids. The present invention also refers to methods for extracting fat and its purification. The methods for producing these lubricants based on chicken fat use additives for improving their viscosity and oxidative stability, so that the compositions generated by the methods and systems of present invention may be consider as biolubricants.
