The present invention provides a microencapsulation process of crystal spore extract by Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (Bt001). This process permits a micro-particulate system to be obtained based on polyacrylate polymers. The aforementioned process is based on a multiple emulsion modified by (S / ow) salting out technique which is implanted to produce microcapsules with sizes of about 30 ?m and with the capacity to protect the crystal spore extract from environmental factors, such as ultraviolet radiation. The present invention provides microcapsules allowing the release of Bt micro-particles extract from an alkaline environment similar to that of the intestine of certain insect pests, whereby their toxic activity is directed only to target insects based on the pH of their midgut. Also, the microcapsules include the ability to float in water and allow the activity of the biological agent to be maintained due to its protective capacity against REM-UV which improves its residual a ctivity.
