ERGONOMIC BALLET TIPS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD.

The present disclosure is related to a manufacturing method for ergonomic ballet tips through the 3D ergonomic design to produce optimized ballet tips for each person. To achieve the above, the person's feet are scanned with a 3D camera in the flat and pointed form and sent over the Internet; the scan data is stored in a database, to later design the box and the soul ergonomic prototypes for of each foot; and once the above is done, is time to design the ergonomic ballet tips prototypes for each foot. Finally, they are printed on a 3D printer. 1) Soul box for each foot in one piece; 2) ballet tips for each foot. In the first case, the printing is made on a paper pattern, the fabric cut of each piece, the ballet tips are made by gluing and sewing the fabric on the outside surface of the box and the soul and also on the inside; finally, the neckline is sewn.
