Provided is a method for a unique simultaneous multiamplification detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum by means of the PCR technique using the following specific initiators: (see table) which includes the use of suitable concentrations of reactants for the unique amplification or multiamplification, as well as the use of the bovine serum albumin as an adjuvant, also including, in the amplification, at least a negative witness and a positive witness, this latter witness being generated by the transformation of E.coli cells with a fragment of the gene 16S rRNA of the bacterium to be amplified.
