Modular datacenter system comprising a plurality of rack housing units, each of said rack housing units comprising: a rectangular bottom panel having two long edges and two short edges; wherein arrays of racks for holding equipment are placed on said bottom panel; wherein said rack housing units are placed with their edges against each other to form an array of rack housing units, wherein said rack housing units each comprise a cooling unit, and wherein fluid transporting means are provided for transporting excessive fluid of said cooling units from said cooling units to the outer edges of the modular datacenter system, wherein said fluid transporting means encloses an acute angle with said bottom panel of each respective rack housing unit and each fluid transporting means in each of said rack housing units is mounted at a different height, such that if said rack housing units are placed with their edges against each other and said fluid transporting means are interconnected a continuous fluid transporting means is formed along said array of rack housing units and said continuous fluid transporting means encloses an acute angle with the bottom panels of the rack housing units over its entire length along said array.
