The invention relates to a method for arranging a façade to a building, comprising the steps of: - fixing a number of prefabricated elements on the outside of a building, built up of a frame with an inner first insulating layer provided therein, such as a wool layer, an air-tight intermediate layer applied to the first insulating layer on the outside of the building and a second form-retaining insulating layer arranged on the airtight intermediate layer on the outside of the building and the intermediate layer, such as a foam layer; and - sealing the seams between the prefabricated elements of the intermediate layer from the outside of the building. The invention further relates to a façade of a building.
