A contamination preventive glove donning device provides assisted quick release of the gloves after donning, and helps to reduce contamination of the gloves during the donning procedure. The device includes a support member set (1), two barrels (2) held in parallel by the support member set (1), each barrel (2) including a barrel body (21), a coupling neck (22) axially extended from the barrel body (21) for holding the wrist (61) of one of a pair of rubber gloves (6), a chamber (23) defined in the coupling neck (22) and the barrel body (21) that is enclosed when the user attach the wrists (61) of a pair of rubber gloves (6) onto the coupling necks (22) of the barrels (2) and a guide groove (223) located on the coupling neck (22) and extended in direction away from the barrel body (21), and a vacuum generator (3) adapted for creating a negative pressure in the chamber (23) in each barrel (2) for enabling the attached rubber gloves (6) to be expanded for donning, preve while protecting the chambers (23) of the barrels (2) against outside air pollutions.
