The shoe (1) has two outer sides (2) provided with a sole (4). An upper part (5) is connected with the sole. The upper part is provided with a front cap (10), an instep area (9) and a rear cap (13). A shaft (6) is provided with a closing element (18). The shaft is connected with the upper part and arranged above the upper part. A closing device (7) is provided for connecting the closing elements of the shaft with each other. A heel support system (8) has a heel support (200) that is arranged at the former outer side, and another heel support that is arranged at the latter outer side.
