The simultaneous measurement of forces,(Y) the horizontal running perpendicular to the rail symmetry plane and (Q) running on the rail and the determination of the ratio of these forces indicated (Y/Q);is characterised by a processor's (1) unit measuring the horizontal force (Y) of the track-set wheel to the track,running perpendicular to the rail symmetry plane and simultaneously two transformer assemblies (6) to measure cutting forces shall be measured strength (Q),constituting a vertical component of forces acting at the head of the train, with signals from voltage converters mounted in the transformer assembly (1) for measuring transverse forces leading to the first electronic system (U(Y)),where the signal is obtained (S(Y)),and the signals from the tensiometric converters fitted in the transformer units (6) for the measurement of cutting forces are given to the measurement system (U(Q)),where the signal is obtained (S(Q)),signals (S(Y) and S(Q)),leads to the third electronic system (U(Y/Q)),in which the ratio of forces (Y) to (Q) is determined,and the resulting signal (S(Y/Q)) is converted to the output signal.
