THIS DOCUMENT CONCERNS A NEW METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF MACROFUNGAL MYELLO THAT ALLOWS THE TREATMENT, VALUATION AND REAPROVEMENT OF PROCESSING RESIDUES FROM THE LACTICINO INDUSTRY, AND OF VALUATION AND REAPROVEITMENT OF FRUIT WASTE. THEREFORE, A INNOVATIVE CULTURE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MACROFUNGI MICROFUNGES BASED ON SORNEY AND APRICOT WASTE IS PRESENTED, ALLOWING THE CULTIVATION OF VARIOUS SPECIES OF THE BASIDIOMYCOTA FILO AND ASCOMYCOTA. THIS INVENTION DEMONSTRATES THE POSSIBILITY OF OBTAINING A HIGH QUALITY MICELIAL PRODUCTION AT LOW COST OF PRODUCTION, USING NORMALLY WASTED NATURAL RESOURCES, ALLOWING TO ACHIEVE MICELIAL GROWTH SPEEDS SIMILAR OR OVER THE CONVENTIONALLY USED MEDIA. HOWEVER, THE METHOD HELPS THE ADVANTAGE OF VALUING MASS FLOWS RESULTING FROM THESE ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A PRODUCT WITH HIGH INTEREST AT FOOD, MEDICINAL, INDUSTRIAL AND BIOLOGICAL LEVELS.
