THE DISAPPEARANCE OF SUGARS, THE PRODUCTION OF PRIMARY METABOLITES AND THE STABILITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED OVER THE TIME. THE FINAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN CONCLUDED THAT IS STABLE AND IS KEPT PRESERVED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, WITHOUT LOSING QUALITY.
