FRUIT RESIDUE BIOCONVERSION PROCESS IN ITS ANAEROBIC CO-DIGESTION WITH ANIMAL CHORUMS, FOR USE IN METHANE PRODUCTION AND AGRONOMIC VALUATION OF EFFLUENT FLUXES OF AGRICULTURE AND MARKET FRUIT RETREAT
The present invention relates to a process of bioconversion of fruit residues in their anaerobic co-determination with animal cheeses for use in the production of methane and the agronomic appreciation of agricultural effluent and veterinary extracts from the market. THE DISAPPEARANCE OF SUGARS, THE PRODUCTION OF PRIMARY METABOLITES AND THE STABILITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED OVER THE TIME. THE FINAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN CONCLUDED THAT IS STABLE AND IS KEPT PRESERVED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, WITHOUT LOSING QUALITY. THE STEP OF BIOCONVERSION IN THE USE OF FRUIT WASTES, AS CO-SUBSTRATE IN AN ANEREROUS CO-DIGESTION PROCESS WITH CHORUMS (3), (5), (6), (7), ESSENTIALLY CONFERENCES THE DEGREE OF NOVELTY TO THIS INVENTION .
