The invention relates to a process for preparing a standardized entomological complex and to a medicament composition based thereon. According to the invention, the process consists in extracting, with purified water, a homogenized defrosted biomass of larvae of insects from the orders Lepidoptera and Coleoptera for 1...2 h, in a biomass : water ratio of 1:20...30, the aqueous extract being collected and the remaining biomass being serially subjected to extraction with 70% ethyl alcohol, in a ratio of 1:10...20, followed by extraction with an organic solvent, at a ratio of 1:5...10, for 2...4 h, after which the organic extract is collected and then the resulting extracts are joined and concentrated as soft extracts which are dried under vacuum to result in a standardized brownish-yellow powder complex. The composition, as claimed by the invention, comprises 0.1...10% standardized complex and pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients for conditioning purposes.
