The explosive set for initiating of energy materials with mechanical pulse consists of a cylindrical detonation chamber (12) with a central cylindrical bore (21), the radial degassing openings (20) in the cylinder housing, the degassing grooves (19) and a first permanent magnet (18) in the bottom head of the cylinder, wherein in the central cylindrical bore (21) is located slower detonation roller (13) and a upper detonation roller (14). A detonation chamber (12) is inserted by the lower part of an annular holder (11) having on its inner circumference a recess, the slots and the second permanent magnets (22). The annular holder (11) is located in a lower outer protection ring (15). On the upper face of the annular holder (11) bears an upper inner protection ring (16). The detonation hammer for initiate detonation decomposition of energy materials with mechanical pulse consists of a vertical stand (10) and a guide main (8) anchored to a vertical stand (10). In the guide main (8) is adjustable located a linear bearing (7) with a weight variable falling weight (6) and with a firing pin (5).
