Electrical apparatus including: a first terminal (21A, 21B); -a fixed contact (4A, 4B) connected electrically to said first terminal (21A, 21B); -a second connection terminal (20); -a moving contact (5); -a conductive wiper (40) having said movable contact (5) and electrically connected to said first terminal (20); -a resilient member (48) to apply said brush (40) towards one or other of the two stable positions, respectively a driving position where said movable contact (5) is applied contradicted fixed contact (4A, 4B) and a position insulation where said movable contact (5) is separated from said fixed contact (4A, 4B); and -a drive member (60) mechanically attached to said conductive wiper (40); characterized in that said apparatus further includes: fixed (12A, 12B, 51A, 51B) -a wall; -a movable wall (69A, 69B, 81B ') mechanically connected to said brush (40), said fixed wall (12A, 12B, 51A, 51B) and said movable wall (69A, 69B, 81B') are positioned to be animated by a relative movement when said blade (40) moves from one to another of the driving positions and calls insulating position; and -a viscous fluid substance (57A, 57B) trapped sandwiched between said fixed wall (12A, 12B, 51A, 51B) and said movable wall (69A, 69B, 81B ') in each of said driving positions and position isolation and in each intermediate position between these.
