Peptides of penetration to cells and their use fused to biomolecules with therapeutic action

The present invention relates to the use of new cell-penetrating peptides (PPC) and in particular to the 32-51 region of the Limulus antilipopolysaccharide protein (LALF) and its analogs. This invention relates to compositions containing these peptides associated with biomolecules with therapeutic properties. This invention consists of compositions containing the covalent fusion of biomolecules, including human papillomavirus (HPV) antigens, to these PPCs, to induce a potent immune response against HPV and against cells that exhibit HPV antigens including HPV-associated tumors. The referred compositions are applicable in the pharmaceutical industry as vaccines for therapeutic use in humans.
