A computer-implemented method of trend analysis for information relating to criminal offenders released, the method comprising: (a) access to geospatial location information including date and time information for criminal offenders released; (B) comparing the movements of one of the criminal offenders released with the movements of a subscriber; and identification of a correlation between the movements of one of the criminal offenders released and the subscriber; and (c) assigning a level of threat assessment to criminal offenders released based on said correlation and a set of rules that determine whether repeated patterns or planned are occurring violating the guidelines of the judgment and / or placing the subscriber in a position of direct or perceived damage.
